The Space
As avid airbnb users for over a decade, we designed this space with you in mind. Our first priority is to provide a safe and clean place for you to rest after a long day of fun.
Functional and open, free of nooks and crannies collecting dust, and never ever anyones old college sheets.
All of our furniture is brand new including our comfortable mattresses and pillows. All bedding has protective covering to ensure cleanliness.
Fresh linens and towels in all white for a clean you can see.
Fully stocked kitchen prepared to meet all your cooking needs.
Plenty of electrical outlets available all around the unit.
Additionally, each bedroom has an extra charging port with multiple USB outlets so guests can easily charge all their devices at once.
Guest Access
Guests will enjoy a full unit (1/2 of a duplex) with a private patio to themselves.
Two private guest parking spaces reserved and conveniently located just outside the unit.
Other Things To Note
The BOHO House is centrally located in the heart of the city and is situated on a lively street that takes you directly into the main downtown Fort Lauderdale area. It can be a bit noisy at times, so please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper.
The tropical climate of our region provides year round warm weather perfect for humans and bugs alike. We always do out best to keep our home exceptionally clean but please be advised that the occasional insect or bug is inevitable in South Florida.

- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- Additional rules information
- All guest reservations require a $200 security deposit that will be retuned to guest after check out if home is left in an acceptable condition. Guest must submit a valid photo ID no later than 72 hours before checking in. Failure to do say may result in cancellation of booking with no refund. No more than 4 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than two visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm. Please be advised that number of guests allowed is FIRMLY enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund. Please be sure to park in our parking lot only. Street parking is prohibited. No more than 2 cars can be parked by guests at any time during the stay and they must be in the correct assigned parking spaces. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed. No loud music or noise after 10pm. We live in a family neighborhood that has a very strict no noise policy. No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee. Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee. Failure to follow any house rules will result in guests being asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS

5 star plus. This place was better than anticipated. The owner, Vanessa, was super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. One of our guests was wheelchair bound but had a wonderful time due to the layout of the apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also close to everything you want to do and the major highways. I will return next year.
