- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
- Additional rules information
- All guest reservations require a $250 security deposit that will be retuned to guest after check out if home is left in an acceptable condition. Guest must submit a valid photo ID no later than 72 hours before checking in. Failure to do say may result in cancellation of booking with no refund. No more than 6 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than two visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm. Please be advised that number of guests allowed is FIRMLY enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund. Please be sure to park in our parking lot only. Street parking is prohibited. No more than 2 cars can be parked by guests at any time during the stay and they must be in the correct assigned parking spaces. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed. No loud music or noise after 10pm. We live in a family neighborhood that has a very strict no noise policy. No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee. Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee. Failure to follow any house rules will result in guests being asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS
