- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
- Additional rules information
- Guest must submit a valid photo ID no later than 72 hours before checking in. Failure to do say may result in cancellation of booking with no refund. No more than 4 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than two visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm. Please be advised that number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund. No loud music or noise after 10pm. This is a family neighborhood that has a very strict no noise policy. No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee. Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee.

If you’re needing a place to stay – pick this house!! The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe. The beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our stay.
She has such a lovely backyard with access to water so you can kayak if you like. Vanessa was very friendly and responded quickly to my messages. She even left us a nice surprise in the wine fridge. 😉
