Never allowing your home to become an eyesore in the neighborhood. We keep track of trash days and make sure our maintenance team takes the bins in and out on those days
Staying up to date with all county rules, regulations, and licenses and taxes
Paying every member of our team (from cleaners to third party vendors) a living wage
Only taking properties within a certain mile radius from us to make sure we are always able to get to your place quickly in case of emergencies.
Giving Back
We do really enjoy being a part of and giving back to our community. We regularly donate gently used towels, linens, and pillows to the local homeless shelter for those in need.

Come Hang With Us!
We love to hang out with local homeowners and investors alike interested in talking about the vacation rental space. Every first Thursday of the month, we co-host a local meetup for anybody looking to talk vacation rentals and real estate in general. Whether you have questions about vacation rentals, or you want to just talk with other people in the space, come grab a bite or have a drink with fellow AirBNBers every first Thursday at The Brass Tap in Fort Lauderdale from 7-9 PM.
